MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage the trade marketing plan in short term & long term.
- Be in charge of new store openings, including but not limited to site survey, visibility solution, promotion scheme, leaflet development, leaflet distribution, opening event,…
- Planning & executing action plan for low performance group stores time to time.
- Standardize POSM package, monitor POSM production, delivery to stores & manage stock of MKT POSM & equipment.
- Planning & executing exhibition, activation, workshop, events…
- Searching, finalize & evaluate quality of service providers.
- Budget management: Control and manage trade marketing budget, allocating resources effectively for in store activities.
- Partnership collaboration.
- Conduct competitors research.
- Other tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 - 5 years experience in Trade/ Marketing Manager in the retail industry.
- Experience in planning & executing promotion/ activation is a must.
- Must be aware of the market trends, competitors in the market and future threats.
- Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and should believe in team work and collective efforts.
- Excellent communication skill with internal & external teams.
- Problem -solving skill & can-do attitude.
