MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
TikTok Livestream Operations
- Develop overall TikTok Livestream strategy including direction, content planning, and scheduling.
- Host or co-host livestream sessions to introduce and sell products on the brand’s TikTok channel.
- Monitor livestream performance metrics (revenue, views, engagement, conversion rate) and propose improvement strategies.
Social Media Management
- Design and implement social media strategies to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
- Create and manage content across all social channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, APP, Website).
- Measure and report on campaign performance to optimize effectiveness.
Campaign & Collaboration
- Work with designers to ensure content is on-brand and visually appealing.
- Coordinate with KOLs/KOCs and partners for social and livestream campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Support other marketing initiatives as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education background in Marketing, Business Administration.
- Over 3 years experience in Social Media in retail or F&B industries.
- Must be aware of the market trends, competitors in the market and future threats.
- Knowledge and experience in marketing strategies, advertising and media.
- Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and should believe in team work and collective efforts.
- Good presentation skills and data analysis.
- Willing to work on weekends if necessary.
