OVERVIEW
The Talent Acquisition Assistant supports the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and providing qualified candidates who align with job requirements and company culture. Additionally, this role assists in employer branding activities to enhance 7-Eleven’s recruitment image.
This position is part of the Talent Acquisition Team and reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning and preparing monthly/quarterly recruitment reports.
- Post job vacancies on appropriate recruitment platforms.
- Receive, screen candidate applications, and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers to schedule interviews and track the recruitment process.
- Support interview rounds, collect assessment tests if required.
- Assist in organizing employer branding activities such as job fairs and recruitment events.
- Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment as assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor‘s or Associate‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in mass hiring or logistics recruitment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (G Suite).
- Familiarity with sourcing candidates through social media and recruitment websites.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under high pressure.
