Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Market Research and Analysis:

- Analyze data and insights to recommend strategic expansion opportunities.
2. Location Identification:
- Collaborate with real estate agencies and internal stakeholders to identify available properties suitable for 7-Eleven store openings.
- Evaluate potential sites based on factors like foot traffic, accessibility, and visibility.
3. Negotiations and Agreements:
- Assist in negotiating lease agreements and contracts with property owners, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
