Job description
Primary job duties:
- Use creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar applications to design visuals and produce short-form video content.
- Support the Merchandising team in brainstorming creative ideas for new products, including concepts for 7-Eleven private label items.
- Research and monitor Gen Z consumer trends and trending food & beverage products across social media platforms.
- Identify viral content formats and youth preferences to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Assist in preparing content proposals, presentations, and creative ideas for product launches and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative content aligns with brand identity and merchandising objectives.
- Prepare creative content materials to showcase products, display concepts, and merchandising campaigns for internal presentation and team digital communication purposes.
Job Qualifications:
- Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
- Strong interest in social media content creation, retail, and consumer trends among young audiences.
- Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, especially short-form content formats.
- Basic skills in using design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Creative thinking, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced working environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
