MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform tasks related to issuing certificates of eligibility for food safety, and registering or self-declaring product information.
• Collaborate with government authorities during food safety inspections or with food safety licensing teams.
• Regularly evaluate production facilities and factories (suppliers) to assess their capabilities and take appropriate actions for 7-Eleven Vietnam.
• Evaluate new suppliers to verify their capabilities before purchasing, including inspecting production facilities, production documentation, product declarations, and legal records.
• Conduct periodic or new evaluations of Distribution Centers (DCs) to ensure they meet the quality requirements of 7-Eleven Vietnam.
• Perform monthly internal evaluations of 7-Eleven stores to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards of both the law and the company.
• Plan and implement hygiene and food safety controls at stores through regular testing of water, ice samples, and new products.
• Provide food safety training to all store employees.
• Monitor the situation of pest control and support stores in handling arising issues.
• Participate in summarizing, recording, and resolving internal incidents, customer complaints about food products in the store, identifying root causes, and proposing corrective or preventive measures for suppliers through the tools provided by the company.
• Prepare and compile quality reports, including work reports, periodic reports, and customer complaints.
• Other tasks as requested by direct management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 3-5 years in QA positions in convenience stores, supermarkets, or food factories.
• Education: Bachelor‘s degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related quality fields.
• Certifications: Training certificates in quality management systems such as ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC, Halal, 5S,, etc., are preferred, along with any related certifications.
• Skills: Proficient in basic applications of Google Workspace.
• Personal Attributes: Hardworking, honest, and dedicated to work.
• Health: Good health, able to work overtime, and handle high pressure.
• Work Style: Proactive, able to work independently, and willing to travel for work.
