Job Description

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers.
• Oversee the design process from conceptualization to final delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals & follow standard brand guidelines.
• Ensure design consistency across all projects and platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design strategies.
• Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of creative assets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
• Good leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, creative, problem solving and time-management skills.
• Having photo shooting, motion graphic, video creation & AI adoption skills is a MUST.
